The X500 wrapping machine is an automatic machine for wrapping loads on pallets with stretch film. The machine is powered from a standard 230V outlet and the installed power is 1.25 kW. The Smart Wasp wrapping machine model X500 has an open M turntable, so no access ramp is needed to place a pallet on the wrapper. This advanced machine is also equipped with a film stringing system that rolls the film from a width of 500mm to about 1cm making it very durable. The width and the place where the film is to be rolled up can be freely set by being able to divide the pallet into 9 layers. X500 wrapping machine is equipped with motorized film pre-stretching system 200% (possibility to change gears 100%, 150% 250% and 280% available separately), film stringing system thanks to which we can achieve extremely high load stabilization, and film cutting and gripping system at the end of the wrapping cycle thanks to which the operator does not have to manually tie the film before wrapping the pallet. Once the pallet is placed on the wrapper, all the operator has to do is start the wrapping cycle from the remote control without having to get off the forklift. The machine has a 7.2-inch touch screen with selectable Polish, Ukrainian and English languages. The panel allows you to control all functions of the machine and has the ability to lock with a password so that employees do not change the wrapping parameters stored in one of the 12 programs, after locking with a password you can select only the program you want to use.
