Economical X0ps wrapper with 250% pre stretch system

X0ps is a semi-automatic pallet wrapper with 250% pre stretch system suitable for most standard applications thanks to its 6 work programs. The X0ps wrapping machine has controls in Polish, Ukrainian and English. This machine has an integrated circuit board, which is responsible for controlling the machine and for alarm and error signals during wrapping cycles. What's more, there is a light system at the top of the column that informs operators if the machine is running, is in the start position or there is an error/failure. The model is equipped with a 250% pre-stretch system and a precision electromagnetic brake for film tensioning, as well as a very user-friendly interface. In addition, the X0ps has an extensive diagnostic system that informs about the number of wrapped pallets, the operation of all sensors as well as the pallet wrapping time

Features of the X0ps pallet wrapper

The turntable of the X0ps pallet wrapper has a diameter of 1650 mm ( standard) and a maximum load capacity of 2000 kg. The rotation of the table is performed by a drive chain and controlled by a magnetic sensor, which checks the number of rotations, deceleration times and the table's starting position at the end of the working cycle. The standard column allows wrapping pallets up to a height of 2200mm. The film carriage is equipped with a 250% film pre stretch system and an electromagnetic brake, as well as a photocell for detecting the height of wrapped products. The wrapper can be transported with a forklift. The machine has a precision electromagnetic brake for film stretching, which works perfectly with films from 8micron blown or cast ( ask our consultant for details) for the most economical packaging.

Touch screen functions

The interface has the ability to control in Polish, Ukrainian and English. From the home page of the touch screen, many wrapping parameters can be programmed in a very simple and intuitive way: film tension on the pallet, number of wraps at the top and bottom of the pallet, number of top-down wrapping cycles, upward-only cycle, plate speed, overlap size and setting the photocell delay for the film going beyond the edge of the pallet. The machine has the ability to store 6 individual programs.
