Strapping tool Boa

Boa is an "entry level" device for companies that do not tie a lot of loads but want to get rid of metal clips and make the process of tying loads easier and faster. Boa stands out on the market due to its unique design and functionality, which involves eliminating the engine responsible for tensioning the tape and replacing it with a manual lever thanks to which the operator independently increases the tension of the welded tape. The maximum tension force of the strapped tape is 2100N. The presented strapping machine has a proven, failure-free brush motor for welding, which is powered by a 3A 14V Li-ion battery. Boa battery strapping device works only in manual mode, and the operator can select the strength of the strap welding, which is achieved by friction. Thanks to welding the tape, we do not have to use pins, which reduces the costs of tying the load. This is a very affordable device that will successfully replace the commonly used H-21 tensioner
