The wrapper is equipped with 4x 12V 100Ah batteries, allowing it to wrap up to 8 hours of work from a single charge. The wrapper is guided by a movable drawbar with forward and reverse buttons. We can start the work cycle from the remote control. The robot is equipped with a bumper, which immediately stops it when it comes into contact with any obstacle, after an emergency stop, the machine signals the entry into emergency mode with a light.
The pallet wrapping robot can process products with a minimum size of L 600 x W 600 x H 2300 mm. The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC and a 7.2 color touch screen display that allow you to adjust different parameters such as the carriage ascent and descent speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, automatic film cutting.
