Smart Wasp S300 TS is an automatic pallet wrapping machine designed to work in an automated line with an integrated cover film dispenser. Thanks to the use of the dispenser, which is located in the frame of the machine, the need for installing a separate device for applying film to the top of the pallet in the earlier part of the line was eliminated, which results in significant space savings. Equipped with a 200% pre-stretching system that stretches stretch film from 1 m to 3 m, a film cutting and gripping system. The capacity of the Smart Wasp S300 TS automated wrapping machine is up to 25 pallets/hour. The machine has an external control cabinet with a color HMI display, so we can easily change all wrapping parameters. It is possible to retrofit this versatile pallet wrapping machine with various additional options.
