The X0ms is Smart Wasp's new semi-automatic pallet wrapper suitable for most standard applications thanks to its 6 work programs. This machine has an integrated circuit board, which is responsible for controlling the machine and for alarm and error signals during wrapping cycles. What's more, there is a light system at the top of the column that informs operators if the machine is running, in the starting position or there is an error/failure. The model features a precision mechanical brake that tightens the film and a very user-friendly interface. In addition, the X0ms has an extensive diagnostic system that reports on the number of wrapped pallets, the operation of all sensors as well as the pallet wrapping time

Features of the X0ms pallet wrapper

The rotary turntable of the X0ms pallet wrapper has a diameter of 1500 mm ( standard) and a maximum load capacity of 1500 kg. The rotation of the table is performed by a drive chain and controlled by a magnetic sensor, which checks the number of rotations, deceleration times and the table's starting position at the end of the working cycle. The standard column allows wrapping pallets up to a height of 2200mm. The film carriage is equipped with a mechanical brake and a photocell to detect the height of the wrapped products. The wrapping machine can be transported with a forklift. The machine has a precision mechanical brake tensioning the film, which works perfectly with blown or cast pre-stretched film ( ask our consultant for details) for the most economical packaging.

From the home page of the touch screen, many wrapping parameters can be programmed in a very simple and intuitive way: the number of wraps at the top and bottom of the pallet, the number of top-down wrapping cycles, the upward-only cycle, the speed of the turntable, the size of the overlap and the setting of the photocell delay for the film going beyond the edge of the pallet. The machine has the ability to store 6 individual programs. The X0ms is also equipped with a manual operation mode, which allows the operator to manually control the film carraige.
In addition, this pallet wrapper has statistics on the number of wrapped pallets, operating time, the ability to save service inspections and diagnostics for all sensors.
