Semi-automatic X0psw pallet wrapper with load weighing system

Model X0psw is a semi-automatic machine for stretch-film wrapping of palletized loads and with weighing system including 6 loading cells and weight display. It’s possible to adjust the film tension by motorized pre stretch, soft start of the turntable by inverter, manual or automatic working cycle, the possibility to adjust the number of top and bottom rounds of the pallet. The machine is equipped with digital color display 7,2”. Model X0psw has pre stretch system 200% It is possible to connect this weighting system to WMS software

General characteristics

The X0psw pallet wrapper has a turntable diameter of 1650 mm (standard) and can process products with dimensions of L 1000 x W 1200 x H 2200 mm, supporting a maximum weight on a plate of 2000 Kg. In addition to having the possibility to adjust the number of revolutions on the top and bottom part of the pallet, it is also possible to adjust the gradual start of the table via inverter.

The machine is equipped with 7.2 color touch screen display that allow you to adjust additional parameters such as the speed of ascent and descent of the trolley, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, etc.
