Wrapping machine Easy Wrap 2000 DWC
The Easy Wrap 2000 DWC model is a semiautomatic machine designed for vertical wrapping of windows, doors, shower boxes, etc. The model is available in a version with a mechanical brake or pre stretch trolley with fixed ratios. The machine is equipped with PLC and 7.2 "color touch screen display and idle roller conveyor with mechanical block placed on the rotating table.

The machine has a double mobile pedal control that allows to adjust the movement of the top press. The machine is equipped with roller conveyor with lower locking.

The Easy Wrap 2000 DWC wrapping machine has turntable with diameter of 1650 mm (standard) and can process products with dimensions of L 1650 x W 50/200 x H 2000 mm, supporting a maximum weight of 170 Kg. In addition to having the possibility to adjust the number of revolutions on the top and bottom part of the pallet, it is also possible to adjust the gradual start of the table by an inverter.
The machine is equipped with PLC and 7.2 color touch screen display that allow you to adjust up to three different types of product wrapping, in addition to setting parameters such as the carriage ascent and descent speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, etc.
