It is characterized by high working efficiency due to the use of side load guides and pneumatic pressure from the top, which prevents load lifting at the beginning and end of wrapping. The wrapping machine has a PLC controller and a Siemens brand HMI operator panel. The wrapping machine with a spinning ring in vertical orientation enables very long items like aluminum or steel profiles to be secured in stretch film so that they will not be damaged during transport and additionally protected from moisture.

The automatic horizontal wrapping machine with a spinning ring is equipped with two wrapping heads for stretch film with a width of 250mm, thanks to their use and the speed of rotation of the ring up to 30 revolutions per minute, it is a very efficient device for packing long items. The machine has the whole electronic system, i.e. PLC and HMI by siemens, and pneumatic equipment by Airtac. The S600 Pro can be used as a stand-alone machine or in combination with an automatic production line.
