Smart Wasp T1000 arm pallet wrapping machine designed for automatic lines with an average packing capacity of up to 40 pallets per hour. The machine features a 250% pre-stretch system and automatic film cutting and gripping after the wrapping process is complete. The T1000 automatic wrapping machine model can work with a roller or chain conveyor, which is optionally equipped with a pallet lift system for better protection of the bottom of the pallet. A top press is also an additional option, which is designed to stabilize products on the pallet during wrapping. The control cabinet has a 7.2-inch touchscreen display with which all pallet wrapping parameters can be easily changed. The wrapping machine can work as a master and control all roller conveyors, or it can work as a “slave” in the whole installation.
