Fully automatic high speed strapping machine

The Speed Strap B series is a high performance strapping machine that can be inserted also in automatic packaging lines, guaranteeing high production rates as well as high reliability standards. It works with 24 VOLT Vcc brushless motors arranged for each function of the machine and it has a working table integrated with 10 motorized conveyor belts, two of which are smaller and they are placed in the central part of the working table. This allows to strap even products of small dimensions. Photocells are installed at the entrance and at the exit of the product for the automatic execution of single, double or multiple straps. The strapping machine is also available in the version with pneumatic stabilizing press and in SUS 304 stainless steel version.

General characteristics of the strapping machine

The Speed ​​Strap fully automatic strapping machine uses a 220V power supply | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz and has an adjustable worktop height from H 870 to 970 mm. It has a strapping speed of 50 cycles per minute with a maximum adjustable tensioning force up to 45 Kg. The strapping machine is equipped with an integrated worktop with 8 motorized belts and 2 of reduced dimensions placed in the central part of the top, control panel 7.2 “touch screen, 2 photocells for the automatic execution of 1-2 or multiple straps, 3-color flashing column,” mode transit “function, without product strapping, easyfast® strap guide disassembly system (without tools ).

There is also: automatic ejection of a piece of strap at the end of the reel, adjustment of the welding cooling time (COOL TIME), adjustment of the sealing blade temperature, strap cutting cutter, automatic strap loading system, magnetic safety sensors.
